Desary will only accept an exchange or a refund if it meets the criterias mentioned below. The item also needs to have been returned before 30 days of reception. Any item that was discounted is a final sale and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGE 

CONDITIONS

1. The product needs to be in its initial condition, unworn and with the hygiene stickers still on it.
2. The return has to be made within a maximum of 30 days after the reception of the item.

 PROCESS

1. You need to send the product back to us. For the shipping, you can use the initial bag that the product comes in. 
2. We suggest taking a method of shipping that includes tracking as we are not responsible for any loss during the shipping.
3. You need to take a sheet of paper and write the desired size and design of the exchanged product and the reason for the exchange. It would be best if you also wrote your name. 
4. You need to write our address on the shipping bag.

   5. We will send the exchanged product within 10 days, and we will send it at our cost.
